I have a book of Traybakes that has some recipes I really fancy giving a try, unfortunately they make a 14 x 10 inch cake which is a bit too much for us. I have a tin half this size which would suit us. My question is does anyone have any idea what the cooking time would be e.g. quarter, third, half, threequarters of the original. I realise it will be a bit of trial and error but an idea of a starting point would really help.
